The most interesting part of my visit was the award winning asada tacos. These are not your ordinary asada tacos, these are special. The chef infuses bacon in the beef when marinating. The result is a savory, smokey and one of one taco experience. The pickled red onion added a unique twist and complimented the taco very well. Overall you get a mix of different flavors that pared so well with each other. When I asked the owner what made his cuisine different he said “our customer service. We take pride and joy into everything that we do” It truly shows in his craft, grab yourself a taco (or maybe 3) and experience a new dimension of Mexican cuisine. ”
